Funeral services for Margaretha Hiebert, age 81, of Seminole was held Saturday, August 22,2020 at 2 pm at Old Colony Mennonite Church with Cornelius Fehr officiating. Burial followed at Gaines County Cemetery. All services were under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hiebert was born September 27, 1938 in Mexico to Katarina (Friesen) and Wilhelm Redecop. She married John Hiebert in Mexico. She was a member of the Old Colony Mennonite Church and a homemaker.
Margaretha Hiebert passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2020 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband John Hiebert, one daughter, one brother, four sisters, and one great grandson.
She is survived by one son, Bill Hiebert of Seminole; two daughters Katarina Friesen and husband John, and Margaret Peters and husband David of Mexico; twelve grandchildren, and twenty-three great grandchildren.
