FUNERAL RITES FOR E. SEBESTA
Ernest J. (Cooter) Sebesta, 50, a former resident of Cameron, died November 24 following a long illness. He had been a patient at the Dallas VA hospital awaiting a lung transplant operation.
He was born October 25, 1913 in Cameron, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Emil J. Sebesta. He was a veteran of World War II and had lived in Cameron.
Funeral mass was held at St. Monica's Catholic Church at 10 a. m. November 26 with Rev. John Geiser and Father Henry officiating. Burial was in St. Monica's Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ernest J. Sebesta and three daughters, Mrs. Sharon Vassaur, Deborah and Pamela, all of Ft. Worth; three sisters, Mrs. R. W. Tehas of Boerne, Texas, Mrs. Charles E. McDermott and Mrs. Marvin L. Posival of Cameron; two brothers, Albert Sebesta of Bryan and Alvin Sebesta of Giddings.
