Syble Blankenship, 83, died Friday evening, Jan. 10, 1997 in Amarillo.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Orville Rogers, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating.
Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors.
A native of Meredith, Texas, Mrs. Blankenship was a Stinnett area resident for 47 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church and Order of Eastern Star #811. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clem Sullivan, in 1950 and her second husband, Earnest Blankenship, in 1981.
Survivors include two sons Stanley Sullivan of Borger and Wayne Blankenship of Kansas City, Mo.; two daughters, Ruby Horton of Stinnett and Lucy Williams of Shelburn, Indiana; 15 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
