JOHN H. DUSEK IS BURIED HERE MONDAY
(From Monday's Daily)

John H. Dusek, 77, pioneer resident of Cameron, died at 4 a. m. Sunday, October 1, 1944, in Newton Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Dusek suffered a paralytic stroke some weeks ago and had been gravely ill since.
Funeral services were held from the Marek - Burns Funeral Home at 10 a. m. Monday, October 2, 1944, with Rev. H. E. Beseda of the Czech-Moravian Church of Caldwell, assisted by Rev. John C. Solomon, pastor First Presbyterian Church in Cameron. Interment was made in Oak Hill Cemetery. Pall bearers were F. E. Jackson, Homer McLane, Ladis Marek, W. B. Skelton, August Guresky and John Jeter.
Mr. Dusek was a native of Moravia in Central Europe. He had been a resident of Cameron for 40 years, had been identified with business for a considerable period of that time.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. John H. Dusek; three sons, Alvin Dusek, Edwin Dusek and Franklin Dusek of Cameron; two daughters, Miss Agnes Dusek of Cameron and Mrs. M. W. Gunn of Orangeburg, North Carolina.
