*Obituary
Services for Elida R. Trevino, 78, of Abernathy, TX, will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, November 12, 2012, in the First Baptist Church with Rev. David Caballero officiating. Burial will follow in the Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home & Flower Shop of Abernathy, TX. Mrs. Trevino died Thursday, November 8, 2012, in Abernathy.

She was born May 4, 1934 in McAllen, TX to Eluterio and Inez (Perez) Ramirez. She married Ramon P. Trevino May 5, 1950 in mcAllen. She had moved to Abernathy in 1961 from Waco, TX. She was a member of One Cross, Three Nails Church in Abernathy and loved sewing, doing yard work and playing scratch off bingo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ramon Trevino on February 11, 2007, 2 children, Sylvia and Reynaldo Trevino and 3 grandchildren. She is survived by 13 children, Amador Trevino of Red Oak, TX, Ramon Trevino, Jr and Rene Trevino both of Lubbock, TX, Aurora Cardenas, Demetrio Trevino, Enrique Trevino, Sr, Arturo Trevino, Sr, Armando Trevino and Adela Ayers all of Abernathy, Rosa Lopez of Farwell, TX, Anjelica Trevino Trevino and Renata Castro both of Plainview, TX and David Trevino of Irving, TX 2 sisters, Lydia Bravo and Rosabel Hernandez and 1 brother, Juan Ramirez all of McAllen, TX, 33 grandchildren, 63 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
