Paul Benjamin "Benny" Buschman, 89, died on September 11, 2018. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Riverview Baptist Church. Military graveside rites will follow at Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Benny was born September 26, 1928 in Hansford County to John Buschman and Ella Faus Buschman. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Army during the Korean War and was a lifetime resident of this area. He married Leola Hintergardt November 2, 1950 in Madeira, CA. Benny and his wife, Leola, owned and operated the Falcon Restaurant in Stinnett for many years. He was a member of the Apostolic Faith Church in Spearman and loved Photography, working on cars, guns and cooking. He was a past member of the Kiwanis Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his two brothers Harold and George Buschman, his three sisters Grace Gift, Sarah Nealy and Nell Gift.

Benny is survived by his wife Leola, his two sons Alvin Buschman and his wife Glenda of Seneca, MO and David Buschman and his wife Lisa of Hempstead, TX, his daughter Paula Cheatwood and her husband Jamie of Stinnett, his ten grandchildren Paul Benjamin Buschman II, Keith Buschman, Barbie Green, April Carroll, Alton Ray Cheatwood, Amanda Denley, Michelle Vargas, John Stafford, Erin Harvey and Jessica Harvey and fifteen great grandchildren.

The family will be receiving guests at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
