R. MULLINAX DIES AT BRYANT STATION HOME
Funeral services for R. Mullinax, 67, who died at his home near Bryant Station Tuesday afternoon, were held at 4 p. m. Thursday with interment in the Salem Cemetery and the Marek - Burns Funeral Home directing arrangements.
Mr. Mullinax was a pioneer resident of the county. The funeral was delayed until Thursday pending the arrival here of a son from Tampa, Florida.
Services were held at the Salem church with Rev. Smith conducting. Interment was made in the Salem Cemetery. The body was at the Marek - Burns Funeral Home until the funeral hour.
Surviving are: His widow, and the following children: Mrs. J. H. Hall of Rockdale, Floy Mullinax of Tracy, Mrs. J. L. Hurry of Minerva; C. L. Mullinax of Houston, Eugene Mullinax of Tampa, Florida.
Three sisters survive as follows; Charlotte Mullinax of Cameron, Mrs. H. P. Overton of Bryant Station and Mrs. S. A. Dodge of Edna. Four grand children also survive.
