BIG SPRING - Helen Kathryn Gidley, 76, died Saturday, September 20, 1997.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 23, 1997, at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Stinnett with Rev. Tom Harrison, pastor of First Christian Church of Borger, officiating.
Burial will be under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors.
A native of Lindale, she had been a Big Spring resident for 12 years. She was a former Stinnett and Spearman resident.
She was a member of College Baptist Church in Big Spring.
She was preceded in death by her husband, B.C. "Buck" Gidley, in 1978, her father, Lee Fowler, in 1982, and her mother, Bertha Fowler, in 1979.
Survivors include two daughters, Gloria Roberson of Amarillo and Carla Gay Collinsworth of Big Spring; a brother, James Fowler of Wickett; two sisters, Hester Renick of Borger and Frances Hysell of Pauls Valley, Okla.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
