Roy West Hedgecoke Jr., 75, passed Jan. 3rd 2013 in Dallas, Tx.

Graveside services will be at 4:30 Friday 1/10/13 at the Stinnett Cembery in Stinnett, Texas with Pastor Bill Burkholder officiating.

Roy was born in Borger, Texas March 22, 1938 to Roy and Sara Hedgecoke. He graduated from Stinnett High School. Roy worked in the oil and gas industry. Was a business owner in Stinnett.

Moved to Waxahachie, TX in 1996 to be with kids and grandkids. Loved very much and will be missed by his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Billy West C Hmelka and Rose McFarren.

Survived by wife Ruth Hooks Hedgecoke, Waxahachie, Tx married 56 years.

Also survived by daughter, Teresa Hedgecoke, Waxahachie, TX; son, Michael Hedgecoke, daughter-inlawful Renee Hedgecoke, grandsons Keaton and Kai Hedgecoke of Desoto, TX; daughter Tiffany Cotton, granddaughter Kristen Cotton, grandson Kace Cotton, all of Waxahachie, TX.; brother, Fred Hedgecoke of Garland, TX.; sister, Mary Helen Simons of Pleasant Hill, CA and many family and friends who loved him dearly.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Association appreciated.
