Mrs Hampton
Funeral services for Edna Frances Mosher Hampton,82,of Pearl Star Route,gatesville,were held April 1 at the pearl Baptist Church with the Rev.Mark Bumpas and the Rev.Billy Campbell officiating.Burial followed in Pearl Cemetery.
Mrs Hampton died March 30 at Coryell Memorial Hospital in Gatesville.She had been a resident of Pearl Star Route,Gatesville since 1933.Mrs Hampton was born May 13 1905 in Telahoma, Tenn.She was married to Earl Mike Hampton on Sept.20 1925 in Waco.Proceded in death by her husband,one sister and three brothers,Mrs Hampton is survived by four daughters,Helen McLendon of Pampa,Earline Bischoff of Houston,Ann Nell DeLord of Gatesville and Ruth Penny of Pearl,one sister,Mary Friels of Waco;14 grandchildren and 21 greatgrandchildren.
Grandsons served as pallbearers.
Evant Funeral Home of Evant was in charge of all arrangements.
