Funeral services for John Marion Knudsen, 74, a resident of this area since 1946, will be conducted at Ed Brown's Chapel of the Fountains Wednesday at 1:30 p.m., the Rev. Weldon Butler, pastor of First Methodist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park, Stinnett.Knudsen died at North Plains Hospital about 8:30 p.m. Monday.

Surviving are his wife, Viola Mae Knudesen, of the home and a brother, Albert Knudsen of Amarillo.

Pallbearers will be Paul Christian, J. Cotner, Thane McCoy, Pete Lieb, Clarence Holt, and Curtis (Red) Marable.(Published in Borger News Herald, March 9, 1965)
