PAMPA - James R. Martin, 90, died Wednesday, July 29, 2009.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in Stinnett Cemetery in Stinnett with Karen Putman, children's minister at Briarwood Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mr. Martin served his country with pride during World War II and retired from Cabot after 38 years.

Survivors include his wife, Rosetta; two daughters, Pamela and Karla Jean; and a sister, Merle Pitts of Amarillo.
