*Obituary
Edna Ownbey was the beloved wife of Marion Ray Ownbey, a long-time pioneer of Stinnett, who lived in Stinnett for 95 years. Edna was the wife of a farmer/rancher.
She was a homemaker who raised two daughters, Jean Chisum of Stinnett, and Johnnie Ray Manning of Fairfax, Va. She was a devoted mother and grandmother of three.
She was gifted with the ability to make lovely gifts and was very generous to her friends. She loved to socialize and was active in a bunco game club.
She was buried in the Stinnett Cemetery.
