TUCKER
Henry (Buster) Tucker, 63, of Rt. 2 Thorndale, died Monday in a Rockdale hospital after several months illness.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home, the Rev. Donald Key and the Rev. Howard Buchannan officiating. Burial was in Salty Cemetery near Thorndale.
Mr. Tucker was born in the Salty community and lived there most of his life. He was retired as a mechanic of the Independent Generator Co. of Rockdale. He was married to Miss Daisy Stevens, July 14, 1935, at Rockdale.
Surviving are his wife; a son, Durwood W. Tucker of Thorndale; a daughter, Mrs. James Clark of Florence, S. G.: his mother, Mrs. Eula Tucker of Rockdale; two brothers, Charles Tucker of Rockdale and Paul Tucker of Thorndale; three sisters, Mrs. Lula Cardwell of Rockdale and Mrs. Emma Lillian Strong of Norman, Okla,; and four grandchildren.
