Funeral services for Diedrich T. Wiebe, 69, of Seminole were held Thursday, October 29 at 2:00 p,m. in the Gospel Mission Church with Pastor Bill Wiebe and Pastor Peter Thiessen officiating. Interment followed in the Gaines County Cemetery under the direciton of Ratliff Funeral Home.
Diedrich passed away Monday in Denver City.
He was born June 19, 1951 to Diedrich and Anna Thiessen Wiebe in Mexico. Diedrich married Maria Rempel on February 17, 1976 in Mexico. He was employed by Suncot Gin for over 11 years as a floor supervisor and was a member of the Gospel Mission Church.
Diedrich is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Maria; three sons Isidro and wife Melissa, Peter and wife Anita, David and his partner Brent; two brothers Neil and wife Margaret, Bill and wife Tina; two sisters Anna Klassen and her partner Pete, Tina Dyck and husband Abe; along with four grandsons and four granddaughters.
