Scotty Wayne Rannals was born to Terrye Jacquelyn Curry and Kenneth Wayne Rannals on December 18, 1969 in Borger, Hutchison County, Texas. He lived in Stinnett, Texas, with his parents. He had two sisters, Tami Jacquelyn Rannals and Kandi Renea Rannals.
His short life was ended prematurely with cancer on December 14, 1971.
He was buried in the Stinnett Cemetery.
