Obie Lewis Redburn, 75, 509 Southeast Hoyne in Fritch, a retired employee of United Carbon died at 3:35 a.m. Saturday in North Plains Hospital at Borger.

Redburn was born on Nov. 24, 1888, in Oregon County, Missouri. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church at Stinnett. He had been a resident of the Fritch community for the past 10 years.

Survivors include his widow, Fannie, of the home; two daughters, Emma Holloway and Grace Griffin, both of Stinnett; two sisters, Dovie Ferrell, Eminence, Mo., and Elizabeth Holmes, Alton, Mo.; a half sister, Cora Bogan, Goodland, Kan.; a brother, Jessie Redburn, Thayer, Mo.; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the Church of God of Prophecy in Borger with the Rev. Calvin G. Grubbs in charge. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens at Stinnett.

Arrangements are under direction of Minton Mortuary.

Pallbearers will be Johnson Burney, Shelby Fields, Joe Chatham, Elbert Snider, Marion Durr and John Seller.

STINNETT - Mrs. Fannie Redburn, 92, of 424 Williams in Stinnett, died at 11:35 a.m. Thursday in North Plains Hospital.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Steve Ferris and the Rev. Leland Mooney officiating.

Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors.

A housewife, Mrs. Redburn was a native of Salem, Ark., and had been a Stinnett resident for 35 years. She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Grace Griffin and Mrs. Emma Holloway, both of Stinnett; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be great-grandsons, Ricky West, Herbie Hatfield, Brett Holloway, Milton Holloway, Bill Vida, Bobby Brooks, Garland Russell, Scooter (Lynn) Russell, Brent Abrahamson and James Binion.
