*Obituary
STINNETT - Dorothy Pearl Riggs, 89, died Thursday, Dec. 19, 1996, at Dumas.
Services were at 11 a.m. Saturday in Stinnett United Methodist Church with Zeb Sailors, minister of Stinnett Church of Christ, and the Rev. Landrum Matlock, pastor of United Methodist Church, officiating.
Burial was in Sunset Memorial Cemetery by Brown Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Riggs was born in Hamilton County and had lived in Stinnett for 47 years. She was a housewife and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.R. ``Randy'' Riggs in 1992.
Survivors include a son, C.R. Riggs of Bowie; two daughters, Maxine Little of Spearman and Lou Whiddon of Huntington; five granddaughters;
and 12 great-granddaughters.
The family suggests memorials be to Dumas Memorial Hospice or Stinnett Cemetery Association.
