*Obituary
Aaron M. Short, 84, Spradlin Acres in Stinnett, died Monday morning in Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo.
A retired mill operator with Dumas Cattle Feeders, he was a native of Winsboro, Texas and a Stinnett resident for 27 years.
He was a member of the Stinnett Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Allene; his children, Neal and Connie Short of Stinnett and Dwayne and Debra Short of Skellytown; a sister, Genevive Deaver of Stinnett; five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Stinnett Church of Christ with Mr. Zeb Sailors, minister, officiating.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Home.
The family will be staying at 1504 S. Wilhelm in Stinnett.
