Thomas Franklin Tanzey, 55, of Borger died Wednesday, Feb. 10, in the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Amarillo.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Stinnett with Case Duggan officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors.
A longtime Stinnett and Borger resident, he had lived in the area 53 years.
He was a native of Doylestown, Pa.
He married Cheryl Sims on Feb. 3, 1972, in Clayton, N.M.
He was a truck driver for G.P. Guinn Trucking Company.
Mr. Tanzey was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Cheryl; three sons, Joseph of the home, Richard of Pampa, and Thomas of Hagarstown, Md; one brother, Alvin Earl Tanzey of Alexandria, La.; one sister, Janice Sullivan of Borger; and four grandsons.
