Mrs. Beulah M. Reed, 72, of Elgin and formerly of Cameron, died Sunday in an Elgin hospital after a long illness.
Funeral was at 2 p. m. Wednesday at Marek - Burns - Laywell Funeral Home, the Rev. J. E. Lafferty officiating. Burial was in Sandy Creek Cemetery near Milano.
Mrs. Reed was born in Milam County and had lived in Elgin the last four years.
Surviving are two sons, Andy Reed of Waco and Jimmie Reed of Batrop; two daughters, Mrs. Gene Angell of Cameron and Mrs. Lee Moore of San Antonio; four brothers, Carl McKnight of Caldwell, Albert and Max McKnight of San Antonio and Dan McKnight of Houston; three sisters, Mrs. John Talbott of Rockdale, Mrs. Claud Burgess of Cameron and Mrs. Henry Diver of San Antonio and eight grandchildren.
