SPEARMAN - Walter Clayton Tyler, 75, died Wednesday morning in Hansford Hospital here.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church. The Rev. Lynn Turnbow, pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Holt Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.

Mr. Tyler was born in Centerville, Iowa, and had lived in Spearman since 1943.

He was a veteran of World War II.

Surviving are his widow, Lucille; a sister, Mrs. Hazel Canady, and a brother, Willie, both of Fort Worth.
