Nina Irene Stephens Lard, 76, Borger, died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 1993 in her home.

Services are pending with Ed Brown & Son Funeral Directors.

A native of Uniontown, Kan., she had been a Borger resident for 53 years. She was a beautician for 52 years. She was a member of First Christian Church, CWF, Order of Eastern Star, Rebekahs, Golden Grandmothers Club, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, and past Matrons Circle.

She married B. W. Lard April 4, 1980 in Miami.

Survivors include her husband of the home; two sons, Phillip Von Stephens, and Stanley Stephens, both of Houston; two stepsons, Archie Lard of Amarillo; and Billy Lard of Duncan, Okla.; a daughter, Mary Kathleen Crook of Fort Worth; two stepdaughters, Patricia Long of Pomona, Calif.; and Glenda Strey of Amarillo; 2 grandchildren; 18 step-grandchildren; and 4 step great-grandchildren.
