An inquest was held over the body of Miss Elsie Wylie, at the county courthouse, this city, Tuesday to ascertain the cause of the deceased's death. The inquest was held before Judge C.G. Landis, justice of the peace for Precinct 1, Potter county, Texas, at 10 o'clock a.m. The verdict of the court being in substance that deceased came to her death from an attack of pneumonia after an examination of the witnesses, Irene Wylie, a sister, from Hutchinson county, G.W. Preatt, a brother from Hutchinson county, N.S. Griggs, an undertaker of this city, and Dr. J.R. Wrather. The examination was conducted by the district and county attorneys.
