FRITCH - Eugene M. Armstrong, 80, of 706 S. Robey St., died at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in Golden Plains Community Hospital in Borger.

Services were at 4 p.m. today at First Baptist Church of Fritch with the Rev. Ken Curtis, pastor, officiating. Graveside services were conducted by Billy Dixon Masonic Lodge of Fritch at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Borger. Burial was under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mr. Armstrong was a retired pipefitter. He was a Presbyterian by faith and a member of Billy Dixon Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Melva Carson of Texhoma, Okla.; and a brother-in-law, Dr. Dick Baynes of Graham, Texas.

Pallbearers will be A.L. Hogue, Woodrow Conyers, Mickey Mixon, Joe Rice, Quincy Womack and Tracy Wright.
