BORGER — Gloria Faye Barnes, 74, of Borger died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church of Borger with Andy Dietz officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Devotion at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mrs. Barnes was born Oct. 8, 1937, at Sayre, Okla., to James William Flue and Jessie Emma Keahey Flue. She married Larry Barnes on April 3, 1998, at Borger.
Survivors include her husband, Larry; a son, Scott Fargo of Fort Worth; a daughter, Amy Elder of Louisville, Ky.; two brothers, James Gale Flue of Cleveland and Norman Dale Flue of Georgetown; a sister, Patricia Heard of Fritch; three stepsons, Mark Barnes of Overland Park, Kan., Gary Barnes of Fort Collins, Colo., and Brian Barnes of Dallas; a stepdaughter, Diane Lemons of Dallas; three granddaughters; and nine stepgrandchildren.
