Fred Ellis Bartram, Jr
January 24, 1950 - December 7, 2017
Fred Ellis Bartram, Jr., 67, died Thursday, December 7, 2017. Services will be set at a later date.
Fred was born January 24, 1950 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Fred Ellis Bartram, Sr. and Gail (Boyer) Bartram. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy Seabees. Fred was a lab technician at Phillips Petroleum for 18 years. He was a NASCAR member and inspector and he loved street rods. Fred was a volunteer for Living Waters and the Biblical Rehab.
Fred is survived by his stepfather, Erwin Nelms of Elk City, OK; sister, Sharon Jensen and her husband Steve of San Clemente, CA; niece, Tracey Jensen and nephew Brian Jensen and wife, Whitney; great-nephew, Deacon and great-niece Taylor; cousin, Clarice Davis, and numerous other cousins.
