*Obituary
Herman R. Black, 82, 308 S. Cornell, Fritch, died Wednesday, April 20, 1988 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.
Services are pending with Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Home of Borger.
A retired farmer, Black was a native of Jameson, Mo. and a Fritch resident for 16 years.
He was a Methodist.
Survivors include his wife, Greta E. Black of the home; one sons, James H. Black of Fritch; one sister, Martha E. Black of Salt Lake City, Utah, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
