Obituary
GRUVER - Carroll D. Bostick, 55, Gruver, died Monday, Nov. 6, 1989, in Hansford Manor Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church in Gruver with the Rev. Larry Miller, pastor, and the Rev. Jim Terry, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating.
Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
A native of Olton, he was a Borger resident from 1947 to 1975 when he moved to Gruver.
Mr. Bostick was a retired cattle buyer for Caprock Industries.
Survivors include his mother, Marie Bostick of Gruver; two brothers, James C. Bostick of Albuquerque, N.M.; Richard M. Bostick of Kilgore; one sister, Frances Morris of Beaumont.
The body will lie in state at First Baptist Church until 8 a.m. Wednesday.
