C. George Bryan, 82, 1429 Clayton, died April 29, 1994 at Golden Plains Community Hospital.

Services are pending with Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

A naval chief petty officer, he was a native of Colorado and a Borger resident since September.

He was a veteran of World War II in the U.S. Navy, served in the ETO and Pacific Theatres and a member of First United Methodist Church of Goshen, Arkansas. He was an active Mason, member and Past Master of the Goshen Masonic Lodge #4132, past Patron of the OES, and worked at Celanese Chemical in Pampa for a number of years.

He married his wife, Mary, in Benkelman, Nebraska, on November 22, 1934.

He is survived by his wife, Mary; two sons, Samuel W. Bryan, Glenwood Springs, Co., James M. Bryan of Fayetteville, Ark.; one daughter, Patricia J. Anders, Borger; one sister, Glenna Dale Warner, Houston; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
