SANFORD - F.W. Bugg Sr., 80, died Thursday, March 16, 2000.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Lake Meredith Baptist Church at Sanford with the Rev. Brad Foster, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Dumas, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery at Borger by Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mr. Bugg was born in Cashion, Okla., and was a longtime resident of Borger. He served with the Army during World War II and was a member of Church of Christ.

His wife, Jacqueline Bugg, died in 1989. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Pat Rannalls.

Survivors include a son, F.W. Bugg Jr., of Sanford; two daughters, Sherry Hopkins of Borger and Jo Yates of Liberal, Kan.; a brother, Leonard Bugg of Bethany, Okla.; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice, 1000 S. Jefferson, Amarillo, TX 79101; or a favorite charity.
