MISS ELSIE KAATZ OF BUCKHOLTS DIES IN TEMPLE HOSPITAL
Miss Elsie Kaatz died at 8 p. m. Thursday February 16 in a Temple Hospital. She was born Sept. 5, 1913 in Taylor.
Services were at 2 p. m. Saturday Feb. 18 from the Marek-Burns Funeral Home with Rev. John Pietsch of Buckholts officiating. Burial was in Blinker Cemetery at Buckholts.
Surviving Miss Kaatz are Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Kaatz her parents of Buckholts; four sisters, Mrs. Harry Schreiber of Del Valle, Mrs. Harold Taegel of Buckholts, Mrs. Abbrey Weldon of California and Mrs. Clarence Synatzske of Thrall; four brothers, Herman Kaatz of Austin, Alfred and Rudolph of Waco and James of Velasco.
Pallbearers were Albert, Abel, Edwin Ludecke, Leslie Sakeurty and Louis Groppell.

We wish to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all of our friends and neighbors for the many acts of kindness extended during the illness and a the death of our beloved daughter and sister, Elsie Kaatz.
We especially want to thank Mrs. Annie Galler for her kind service, and the doctors and nurses at Scoot and White hospital, Rev. Pietsch for his comforting message, Marek and Burns funeral directors and those who served as Pallbearers. May God bless each of you is our prayer.
