*Obituary for L.A.
L.A. "Bert" Castleman, 75, of 2112 Hemlock in Borger, died Saturday at his home.

A retired electrician at J.M. Huber Co., he was a native of Altus, Okla. and a Borger resident for 41 years.

He was a member of the Isom Masonic Lodge being a past Worshipful Master. He was also a past patron of Adobe Wall's Eastern Star and a member of the Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy of the home; one daughter, Kay Castleman of San Antonio; two brothers, L.B. "Doc" Castleman of Borger and J.F. "Bo" Castleman of Stinnett; and two sisters, Shirley Thomason of Caney, Kansas, and Bonnie Polley of Rangely, Colo.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Chapel of the Fountains with Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating.

Masonic graveside services will be in Westlawn Cemetery.
Burial will be under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to Boys Ranch.

The Masons are requested to meet at 10 a.m. at the Isom Masonic Lodge the day of the funeral.

*Obituary for Ruth
Mrs. Ruth Ann Castleman, 68, of 212 Rotary, died at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.

Services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday in Ed Brown & Sons Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Walter Goodnight, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Phillips, officiating.

Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Castleman was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and Adobe Walls Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 1059 of which she is a past worthy matron. She has been a resident of Borger since 1944.

Survivors include her husband, L.A. "Bert", a daughter, Miss Kay Castleman of San Antonio; her mother, Mrs. Emma Due Phillips of Grandfield, Okla; seven brothers, Marion Due of Eufala, Okla., Harvey Due of California, Noel Due of Dewey, Okla., L.D. Due and Cletus Due both of Grandfield, Okla., Earl Due of Meterie, Louisiana, and Gerald Due of Mira Loma, Calif.; five sisters, Mrs. Helen Champion and Mrs. Mary Josefy of Grandfield, Okla., Mrs. Wilma Hill of Freer, Mrs. Jean Jenkins of Borger, and Mrs. Janice Latimer of Iowa Park.

Pallbearers will be Coy Burke, Sid Brandon, David Jackson, Roy Haley, Bob Hinds, and Jerry Brice.
