Shelly Hunter Cathey, 36, of Canyon died Monday, Nov. 12, 2007.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel in Borger with Richard Kasko, minister of Fritch Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park.
Shelly was born Aug. 21, 1971, in Borger. She had lived in Canyon for 10 years. She was a 1989 graduate of Borger High School and a member of the National Honor Society and First United Methodist Church in Canyon.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Casey Hunter.
Survivors include three sons, Casey Cathey, Jordan Cathey and Bryce Cathey, all of Canyon; her parents, Larry and Donna Hunter of Fritch; a brother, Larry Scott Hunter of Canyon; a sister, Mindy Hunter of Amarillo; and her grandmother, Joyce Hunter of Borger.
The family suggests memorials be to the Multiple Sclerosis Society National Panhandle Chapter, 6222 Canyon Drive, Amarillo, TX 79109.
