BORGER - Tiffany Renee' Chaplin, 30, died Sunday, March 6, 2011, in Amarillo.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Grace Church with the Rev. Tim Hall, associate pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Tiffany was born Sept. 21, 1980, in Ventura, Calif., and had been a Borger resident for 15 years. She was a member of Grace Church and a 4-H member.

Survivors include her fiance, Keith Stevens; her father, Tony Sellers of Borger; her mother, Theresa Riley of Fritch; a son, Jordan Chaplin of Borger; two stepchildren, Brittany Stevens and Casey Stevens, both of Borger; a brother, Richard Cody Motes of Spring Valley, Calif.; a stepbrother, Derek Heard of Amarillo; a stepsister, Beth Hoff of Amarillo; her grandparents, Hilda and Denny Hillius of Borger, and John and Bonnie Sellers of Fritch; and a nephew, Anthony Motes of Vista, Calif.

The family will be at 1501 Lancelot St. in Borger.

The family suggests memorials be to The Don & Sybil Harrington Cancer Center, 1500 Wallace Blvd., Amarillo, TX 79106.
