HOPE, Ark. - Douglas Alvin Clements, 86, died Thursday, Nov. 14, 2002.
Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. Monday in Westlawn Memorial Park. Local arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger, Texas.
Mr. Clements was born April 19, 1916, in Sutton. He served in the Navy during World War II.
Survivors include a stepson, Butch Brown of Oklahoma; a stepdaughter, Pamela Jean "Cookie" Brown of California; a sister, Pearl Carlton of Bodcaw, Okla.; and nine stepgrandchildren.

FRITCH - LaWanda Jean Clements, 65, died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 1993 in her home.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Fritch with the Rev. Herschel "Butch" Brown, officiating, assisted by the Rev. David Haskell.
Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.
A native of Erick, Okla., she had been a Fritch resident since 1964. She was a homemaker, and member of First United Methodist Church of Fritch.
She married Doug Clements June 15, 1964 in Amarillo.
Survivors include her husband of the home; a son, Herschel "Butch" Brown, of Dublin, Texas; a daughter, Pamela Jean McKee of Corona, Calif.; a sister, Barbara Ann Howard of Ardmore, Okla.; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jason McKee, Dickie Howard, Jeff McKee, Jeremy McKee, Jerry Hamilton, Richard Hamilton, and Charlie Mackey.
