Robert Harrell Cochran, 53, 301 First Street, Phillips, died of an apparent heart attack about 1 p.m. Saturday at North Plains Hospital.
Funeral services were pending with Simpson's Funeral Home here.
He had been a resident of the county since 1932 and was employed by Phillips Petroleum Co. at the company's Refinery and NGL Processing Center as a clerk.
He was a member of the Nazarene Church of Borger.
Surviving are: his wife, Stella, of the home; his mother, Ruth Cochran of Borger; two sons, Wilbur Smith of Borger and David Cochran of Edmond, Okla.; two daughters, Mrs. William Bailey of Amarillo and Mrs. Bobby Gilbert of Bethany, Okla.; four brothers, Fred of Phillips, Harry of Houston, John of Pasadena, Calif., and Paul of Miami, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Judith Clements of Borger and Mrs. Wynona Roundtree of Farmington, N.M.; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
