Linda Sue Estes Cogdill, 54, of Amarillo died Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2002.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Paul United Methodist Church with the Rev. John McClean and the Rev. Perry Hunsaker, both of the church, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery in Borger by Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Fifth Avenue and Pierce Street.
Ms. Cogdill taught science at Bowie Middle School for 33 years. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. During her life she was able to touch many lives and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her parents, Warren and Bettye Estes of Borger; two sisters, Georgia Scott of Borger and Patricia Steele of the Philippines; a brother, Bobby Estes of Borger; five nieces and nephews, Joshua Steel of San Diego, Cara Steele of Longhorn, Pa., Caleb Steele of Whittier, Calif., Rebecca Scott of Canyon and Jason Scott of Borger; and a host of friends, neighbors and loved ones.
The family will be at 205 Bosdare in Borger.
