Funeral services for John Eldridge Connell, 78, of 303 Dolomita will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday from the Johnson Park Church of Christ with Weslie Mickey, minister, officiating.
Interment will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
Connell died at 4:15 a.m. today at North Plains Hospital. He had been a Borger resident since 1943 and was a retired Phillips Petroleum Co employee. He was a member of the Johnson Park Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Willie Ann of the home; one son, John R. Connell of Houston; one daughter, Mrs. L.W. Cox of Borger; two sisters, Mrs. Pate Crow of DeKalb and Mrs. Dave Harper of Tyler; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
