DENVER, Colo. - James B. Conner, 57, died Tuesday, July 24, 2001, in Denver, Colo.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Friday at Village East Baptist Church in Aurora, Colo. under the direction of Horan and McConaty Funeral Service.
Mr. Conner was born on July 17, 1944, in Olympia, Wash. He graduated from the University of Texas with a B.A. in Math and received a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Colorado. He married Judy Stafford on Jan. 30, 1967, in Rapid City, S.D. He was a captain in the Air Force and a member of Phi Delta Kappa. He was a retired teacher for Denver Public Schools.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Conner of Denver, Colo.; one son, Jason Conner of Gloucester, Mass.; his mother, Cathrin Conner; one brother, Arthur Conner and one sister, Marge Conner, all of Borger.
