FRITCH - Hershel Jack Cumings, 65, Lake Meredith Harbor, died Saturday May 4, 1991 in High Plains Baptist Hospital.
Services are pending with Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.
A native of Tatum, N.M., he had been a Fritch resident for three years. He was a retired cement finisher and a World War II Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Donna of the home; six sons, Hershel Cumings of Los Angeles, Calif.; Gary Cumings and Patrick Cumings, both of Marysville, Calif.; James Cumings, Richard Cumings, and Michael Cumings, all of Sacramento, Calif.; daughter, Jacqueline of Marysville, Calif.; three brothers, Thomas Cumings of Alamogordo, N.M.; Arnold Cumings of Livingston; Texas Cumings of Fritch; one sister, Barbara Young of Lancaster, Calif.; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Cumings of Alamogordo, N.M.; and nine grandchildren.
