April 25, 1937 - February 7, 2017

Doris Oleta Davidson, 79, of Borger passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017 in Borger.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 11, 2017 in the Garden of Hope at Westlawn Memorial Park with Jake Minton officiating. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Doris Davidson was born April 25, 1937 in Etter to Roena Nell (Ham) and Darless Neighbors. She married Bill Davidson October 8, 1954 in Alva, Oklahoma. Doris had been a Borger resident since 1975 and was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church. She loved Jesus Christ, cooking, sewing, and coloring books which she tore the pages out after coloring and handed out to her family and friends. Doris was the perfect picture of unconditional love.

Doris is preceded in death by her parents, step-mother Jewell Robinson, and a brother Kent Neighbors.

Survivors include her husband Bill Davidson; son, Gary Davidson of Darrouzett; daughter, Norma Jean Miller and husband Stacy Lee of Darrouzett; one brother, Butch McCandless of Ardmore, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Billy Joe Gonzales, Stewart Miller, Emma Graves and husband Les; seven great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephew.
