Obituary for Ernestine
DUMAS - Ernestine Edith DeMoss, 80, died Friday, Feb. 4, 1994 in Dumas.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church of Borger, with the Rev. Gregg Simmons, pastor, officiating.

Burial was in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

A native of Nowata, Okla., she was a Borger resident from 1943-1983. She was a homemaker, and member of Gardner Street Church of Christ in Borger.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold DeMoss in 1981.

Survivors include a son, Rodney DeMoss of Borger; two daughters, Mrs. Nancy Taylor of Dumas; and Mrs. Dorothy Gage of Colbert, Okla.; 7 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Don Cherry, Sonny Clayton, Bill Slabaugh [sic], J.C. Woody, L.J. Sells, Kenneth Lanham.

Honorary pallbearers were her grandsons.
