*Obituary
Funeral services for Lafayette H. Dendy, 83, of 302 Cornell in Fritch were held at 2 p.m. today in the Church of God of Prophecy in Borger with the Rev. Henry Evans, pastor, officiating.
Interment followed in the Westlawn Memorial Park under Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
Dendy died at 7:05 a.m. Tuesday. He had been a resident of Fritch since 1951.
Survivors include his wife, four daughters, one sister, seven grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
Casketbearers were Carl Arterbury, Jack Bobo, Jim West, Bill West, Denny Iker, and Robert E. Mitchell, Jr.
