FRITCH - Services for Mrs. Lizzie D. Dendy, 89, of 706 S. Cornell were at 2 p.m. today in the Church of God of Prophecy in Borger.

The Rev. Jerry McCoy, pastor, officiated.

Burial was in Westlawn Memorial Park cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Dendy died at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday in North Plains Hospital in Borger.

A housewife, Mrs. Dendy was a native of Dalark, Ark., and a Fritch resident for the past 31 years.

Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Leonard Iker and Mrs. Wendell West, both of Fritch, and Mrs. Robert Mitchell of Little Rock, Ark.; one brother, Arthur O. West of Oklahoma City, Okla.; nine grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lafayette in 1974 and her daughter Mrs. Lois Gannon in 1977.

Pallbearers include Jim West, Bill West, Jack Bobo, Denny Iker, Neal Jordan and Robert E. Mitchell Jr.
