Obituary for W. L.
W.L. "Bud" Dobkins, 91, Borger, died Saturday, Nov. 21, 1992 in Oklahoma City.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at St. Andrew United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jon Nichols, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.

A native of Clay Center, Kans.; he had been a Borger area resident for 48 years. He was a retired chemist with Phillips Petroleum Company.

He was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church and the American Legion. He was a World War I veteran serving in the Army.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma in June 1991.

Survivors include two daughters, Betty Ruth Ray and Doris Routledge, both of Oklahoma City, Okla.; 6 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
