*Obituary
W.H. "Woot" Easley, Jr., 68, of 503 Dolomita, Borger, died at 2:50 a.m. Sunday at his home.

A warehouse foreman for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co., he was a native of Inda, N.M., and a Borger resident for 30 years.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army in World War II.

Survivors are his wife, Georgia, of the home; one son, Lonnie Easley, Skellytown; two step-daughters, Gail Warren, Borger, Ann King, Rockdale; two sisters, Bonnie Rentfro, Spring Creek, and Ethel Clark, Amarillo, and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Morton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Charles Splicer, pastor of Church of the Nazarene, Amarillo, officiating.

Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
