BORGER - Margie Fagen, 78, died Saturday, July 21, 2001, in Amarillo.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Andrew United Methodist Church with the Rev. John Dorn, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in The Garden of Love at Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton / Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Fagen married M.R. "Chief" Fagen on Dec. 7, 1971, at Lubbock. She retired as a clerk for Phillips in 1986. She volunteered for Helping Hands. She was a member and past board member of St. Andrew Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Don Smith of Amarillo and Doug Smith of Austin; a brother, B.R. Teague of Borger; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to St. Andrew United Methodist Church of Borger.
