BORGER - Dorothy Evelyn Fahle, 93, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Browns Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Jim West, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mrs. Fahle was born Dec. 20, 1915, in Spur to Vollie and Pruit Sawyers. She married Mark A. Fahle in 1952. She was a lifelong member of the Christian church and she had a lifelong interest in the local oil and gas economy.

Survivors include a son, Jimmie H. West and wife Helen of Stinnett; grandchildren, Jack West of Houston, Cynthia Sturkie and husband Mark of Amarillo, Patty Ludden and husband James of Cleburne, Jim West Jr. and wife Sandy of Borger, Janet Tyner of Fayetteville, N.C., and Mary Williams of Hickory, N.C.
