Ozie Maple Tollett Ferguson
BORGER - Ozie Maple Tollett Ferguson, 88, died Monday, Dec. 29, 1997.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bible Baptist Church with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Garden of Serenity at Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton / Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Ferguson was born in Howard County, Ark. She moved to Borger in 1943 from Athens, Ark. She was a cook for the Chat & Chew restaurant and a member of the Church of Christ in Langley, Ark.
She married Clyde Thomas Ferguson in 1932. He died in 1955. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Terry Helen Ferguson, in 1954.
Survivors include three sons, Neil Ferguson and Stonie Ferguson, both of Borger, and John Ferguson of Pampa; a stepson, Clyde Jr. Ferguson of Pampa; five daughters, Sue Yohn, Margaret Graham, Tommie Parkhurst and Kathy Armstrong, all of Borger, and JoAnn Durham of Matador; a brother, Horace Tollett of Nashville, Ark.; 27 grandchildren; 56 greatgrandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and five stepgreat-grandchildren.
